Labor will be charged for set-up and tear-down of video projection, multi-image, audio reinforcement systems, stage lighting, fastfold screens, and drape at the rates listed above

Prices do not include 21% service charge

Any equiment or technician canceled within 24 hours of a function's start time will be billed at full price
