Cardio Strength / Body Blast

Every week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday until June 30, 2014

Cardio Strength:  A combination class (half cardio, half weight training) using a circuit format.  Body Blast includes High Intensity, Interval Training-plyometric, and tabatas-weight training all in one.
