Racquets Tennis & Health Center – ext. 7880.
The WestinWORKOUT facility includes cardiovascular and strength training equipment. A specially designed fitness room is used regularly with scheduled classes for our guests and country club members. Men’s and women’s dressing and locker rooms, steam rooms, a fully stocked pro shop and an indoor racquetball court.
All Classes are 55 minutes, excluding Yoga, Walk and MELT
Please note that instructors teach multiple classes, so instructors may change.

Aqua, Core & More – Cardio, strength, flexibility, and stability training done in the lap pool.
Body Blast - High Intensity, Interval Training-plyometric, and tabatas-weight training all in one.
Cardio/Strength Class – A combination class (half cardio, half weight training) using a circuit format.
Cardio Tone – A high energy, more athletic workout blending cardio and strength training to help build stamina.
Core Stability Ball – A challenging total body workout to improve strength and flexibility. Exercise shoes required.
Fitness/Nature Walk – This two-mile excursion starts with stretching and then you’re on your way touring the beautiful surroundings of the resort. The walk is brisk and sights are outstanding.
Fitness Fusion - An ever-changing exercise experience, merging the modalities of Pilates, Yoga, Qi Gong, dance and stretching.
MELT - (45 min) This high-energy interval training class alternates intermediate/advanced conditioning movements with intensive muscle training for a total-body workout.
Pilates – Pilates and mat work with circuit stations utilizing Pilates equipment, i.e. the reformer, Core Fitness Rollers, Bosus, Physio Balls, dynabands, and magic circles. (not for the novice)
Postural Fitness – Exercises which enhance postural alignment while increasing mobility, stability, and function. For all fitness levels.
Power Tone – Intervals of cardio step training combined with strength training using weights or tubes. Participants are not required to use the step as all cardio movements can be executed on the floor.
Stretch Plus Fitness - A relaxed program designed to improve balance, flexibility and posture. Suitable for anyone!
Strong and Fit – A functional workout utilizing a variety of equipment and/or body weight exercises.
Yoga – An ancient form of exercise that focuses on the mind, body, and spirit connection. The benefits are stress release, relaxation techniques, and increased flexibility.
Zumba – Latin inspired, easy to follow, calorie burning dance.
Zumba Gold – A moderately paced Zumba class, designed for the baby Boomers. Great moves and music!
20/20/20 - 20 Minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strngth and 20 minutes of flexibility.
